做法
1. | 義大利瓜,黃夏瓜和印度茄子切掉頭部,再直切成兩半。紅椒頭尾切除,挖掉中間的籽和白膜再對切成兩半並壓平。 |
2. | 將蔬菜放在砧板上,切面向上。刷上一層蒜油,再灑上鹽和胡椒。 |
3. | 烤盤燒到中熱後刷上油。擺進蔬菜,切面向下。用中火炙烤4分鐘。 |
4. | 蔬菜上再刷一層蒜油後翻面。繼續用中火炙烤到蔬菜變熟,大概再4分鐘。 |
5. | 將蔬菜轉移到砧板上切成小塊。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Trim and halve the zucchini, yellow squash and eggplants lengthwise. Cut the two ends off of the red pepper. Halve it and remove the seeds and white membrane. Press the pieces with your hand to make them flat. |
2. | Place the vegetables on a chopping board, cut side up. Brush with the garlic oil and sprinkle with the salt and black pepper. |
3. | Heat the grill pan until medium hot. Brush the grill with oil. Place in the vegetables with cut side down. Grill over medium heat for four minutes. |
4. | Brush the vegetables with garlic oil and turn them over. Continue to grill until the vegetables are done, approximately another 4 minutes. |
5. | Transfer the vegetables to a chopping board and cut them into small pieces. |
